Evolving Gait Physical Therapy is here for YOU. We have been serving the Long Island, NY community since 2018 with sophisticated diagnostic methods such as functional movement and gait analysis in order to help determine which services will benefit you the most. Located in Medford, NY in Suffolk County, our gym is located in the New Beginnings Community Center. Our mission has been to restore individuals to as high a functional return as possible after the debilitating effects of TBI or stroke. Through our associate practices, patients are able to receive all of their outpatient rehab services in one location, allowing for improved communication and coordination between providers and caregivers, thereby improving patient outcomes.

To that end all of our treatment sessions are a one-to-one experience with either a licensed physical therapist or physical therapist assistant.
